Basic Information:
Product Name: Adenosine Monophosphate
Molecular Formula: C10H14N5O7P
Molecular Weight: 347.2
CAS Registry Number: 61-19-8
EINECS: 200-500-0
Product Description:
Adenosine monophosphate (referred to as AMP), also known as adenosine monophosphate, 5'-adenine nucleotide or adenylate, is a ribonucleic acid (RNA) found in the nucleotide The It is an ester of phosphoric acid and nucleoside, and consists of phosphate functional groups, pentose glycans and base adenine. ATP is obtained by ATP hydrolysis twice. A base plus a five carbon sugar. Is deoxynucleotides or ribonucleotides depending on whether the five carbon sugar, there is no oxygen, has nothing to do with the base. RNA is one of the constituent units; also vitamin B8, a water-soluble vitamins.
Function:
CAMP and cGMP as the second messenger of substances such as neurotransmitters, hormones, light and odors, and are widely used in intracellular target organs such as kinases, ion channels and various PDEs. When the foreign signal is transmitted through the transmembrane and causes a series of physiological responses to activate the nucleotide cyclase (shown in Figure 1), cAMP and cGMP are produced, the PDEs family's mission is to make the hydrolysis inactivated Phosphate 5 (monophosphate nucleoside 5, AMP). The balance between the synthesis of nucleotide cyclase and the inactivation of PDEs determines the concentration of the second messenger cAMP and cGMP. It is noteworthy that cGMP is not only hydrolyzed by PDEs but also regulates PDE activity such as PDE 2 can be stimulated by cGMP, whereas PDE 3 can be inhibited by cGMP and PDE 4 is insensitive to cGMP.
FAQ
Application Area:
Uridine 5-Mophosphate Disodium are produced through the hydrolytic reaction from Ribonucleic acid(RNA) as raw material by enzymatic catalysis to form four kinds of nucleotides 5- 'AMP (adenosine-5'-monophosphate), 5'-GMP•2Na(guanosine-5'-monophosphate, disodium salt), 5'-CMP(cytidine-5'-monophosphate)-, 5'-UMP•2Na (uridine- 5'-monophosphate,Disodium salt) .By the chromatographic isolation, four kinds of separated 5'-nucleotide products with high purity can be obtained. These products can be widely applied in medicine, reagent, fine chemical industry, and additive of food fields etc.
