Product Description:
Isomaltulose has many advantages such as low hygroscopicity, high stability and tolerance, low calories, pure sweet taste, no undesired aftertaste, sweetness being 50%~60% of sucrose, etc . While used in combination with intense sweeteners, it can cover up their unpleasant aftertaste and flavor. Isomaltitol can also prevent caries because it can not be used by oral bacteria.
Function:
After intake of Isomaltulose , the levels of blood sugar and insulin won't increase greatly, thus very applicable to diabetics. Moreover, it can also stimulate the growth and activity of bifidobacteria,which helps in preventing constipation and colon cancer.
