Sodium butyrate as a kind of to acetylation enzyme inhibitor, can improve the level of histone acetylation, the study found that sodium butyrate can inhibit tumor cell proliferation, promoting tumor cell senescence and apoptosis, etc., this may be associated with sodium butyrate increased histone acetylation.Can be widely used in livestock and poultry feed additive.
