Product Description:
Nano Molybdenum Disulfide have two kind of Production process.1. : put molybdenum concentrate in hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acid ,then steam heating directly , repeatedly stirring , washed with hot water, centrifuged, dried and pulverized .2. Import hydrogen sulfide gas into Ammonium molybdate solution , generated thio ammonium molybdate ,then add Hydrochloric acid , generated molybdenum trisulfide precipitate , then centrifugation, washed, dried, pulverized ,then desulfurization at 950 °C . It can be used for manufacturing a molybdenum compound. Lubricant additive. The catalyst of hydrogenation reaction and the isomerization .
Function:
1. Application in lubricants: not only can improve the maximum bite load of lubricating oil, but also can reduce the wear and improve the friction properties of the material.
2. Nano-molybdenum disulfide can be used as heavy oil conversion, fuel refining of highly active hydrogenation catalyst, nano-MoS2 in the process of carbon monoxide methanation as a catalyst, with high selectivity and reactivity.
3. Nano-molybdenum disulfide is a catalyst for coal liquefaction.
